Description

You will guide customers in designing and building reliable, scalable systems using MongoDB's data platform. You'll work with sales teams to win deals and drive business forward by solving customer problems with MongoDB solutions.

Requirements

• 5-8 years of related industry experience, 2+ in customer-facing role
• 2+ years with scripting languages (Python, Node.js, SQL) or programming languages (C/C++, Java, C#)
• Experience with scalable distributed systems in cloud and on-prem
• Excellent presentation and communication skills
• Professional proficiency in English

Responsibilities

• Design scalable applications and infrastructure using MongoDB
• Guide customers on architecture patterns and optimization strategies
• Collaborate with sales team on account planning and opportunity qualification
• Proactively generate demand through technical initiatives and events
• Foster customer relationships and ensure success
