💼 About This Role

You'll work on sales and collection AI chatbot projects within our Language Understanding group. You'll gain hands-on experience with large-scale data annotation, model evaluation, and building real-world LLM applications.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Annotate chat data to train AI chatbots
• Develop prompts and RAG techniques for LLMs
• QA and improve live audio call AI agent
• Assess needs and implement chatbot functionalities

📋 Requirements

• Pursuing a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field
• Coursework in Data Structures, Algorithms, Linear Algebra, Probability
• Familiarity with Python and data analysis libraries
• Able to work 40 hours/week from May-December

• Pursing a Master's degree in Computer Science
• Coursework in Machine Learning and AI
