You will manage 300-500 small customer accounts, handling subscription renewals, upselling, and retention through proactive outreach. Build relationships with K-12 administrators to ensure satisfaction and maximize product usage. Collaborate with internal teams to drive engagement campaigns and track activities in Salesforce.

Requirements

  • BA/BS Degree required
  • 2+ years classroom or educational field experience preferred
  • Account Management/Customer Service experience a plus
  • Exceptional communication and presentation skills
  • Proficient in MS Office, Google Suite; Salesforce a plus

Responsibilities

  • Manage 300-500 small customer accounts (under 1000 students)
  • Proactive outreach for subscription renewals via phone, video, email
  • Build relationships with key decision-makers to ensure engagement
  • Track customer activities and opportunities in Salesforce.com
  • Conduct regular territory review meetings with internal stakeholders
