You'll own core SalesOps processes like lead distribution and quota setting for a high-growth dental technology company. You will drive pipeline hygiene and reporting to ensure sales leadership has actionable insights. This role is critical to achieving growth objectives by optimizing the sales tech stack and running forecasting cadences.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Own execution of lead distribution and account assignment
• Build and maintain dashboards for pipeline and sales productivity
• Optimize sales tech stack (Salesforce, Outreach, ChiliPiper, Gong)
• Troubleshoot data integrity issues and recommend process improvements

📋 Requirements

• 4+ years in revenue operations, consulting, banking, or high-growth startups
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Track record of continuous process improvement with strategic impact
• GTM tech-stack experience preferred (Salesforce, Outreach, ChiliPiper, Gong)
