🎯 What You'll Do

• Administer Windows Server, Active Directory, DNS, DHCP, Group Policy
• Deploy and manage VMware ESXi/vSphere clusters
• Maintain Citrix XenApp/XenDesktop and NetScaler
• Manage Ivanti Endpoint Management for patching and software deployment
• Troubleshoot Tier 3/4 technical issues and mentor team

📋 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or equivalent experience
• 5+ years of systems engineering in a mid-to-large enterprise
• Experience with VMware ESXi/vSphere configuration and troubleshooting
• Experience with Citrix Virtual Apps and Desktops

✨ Nice to Have

• Certifications such as MCSE, VCP, CCA-V or CCP-V
• Cloud platform experience (MS Azure)
• Scripting (PowerShell, Python)
