Description

As a Starlink Production Associate, you will support the manufacturing of high-volume consumer products at our Bastrop, TX facility, performing mechanical/electrical assembly, operating light equipment, and assisting engineers with development builds to ensure we can produce thousands of Starlink kits daily.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalency certificate
• 2+ years of mechanical or electrical assembly experience (preferred)
• Able to read and interpret drawings and controlled documentation
• Able to work all shifts, overtime, and weekends as needed
• U.S. citizen or lawful permanent resident (ITAR requirement)

Responsibilities

• Mechanical/electrical assembly of user terminal components and subassemblies
• Operate light equipment such as drills, custom build tooling, crimpers, and presses
• Program, load, operate, and troubleshoot automated equipment
• Maintain consumables inventory and execute equipment maintenance and calibration schedules
• Assist engineers with development builds and optimize production line processes
