• Ability to wear multiple hats across strategy, finance, hiring, and operations
• Familiarity with startup accelerators, small business management tools, and fundraising decks
• Clear, metacognitive communication skills

Responsibilities

• Engage with AI models on business-building scenarios and theoretical leadership questions
• Verify practical accuracy and strategic reasoning of model responses
• Capture reproducible error traces for model improvement
• Suggest improvements to prompt engineering and evaluation metrics
