You'll join the Car Finance team at Marshmallow, a growing fintech, to make fast lending decisions for migrants. You'll balance risk and commercial reasoning while helping scale a highly automated, AI-powered lending experience. This role offers real ownership in a high-impact area.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Make lending decisions using data sources and technology
• Balance risk and commercial reasoning for fair outcomes
• Obtain additional information from customers when needed
• Identify and improve internal processes

📋 Requirements

• 1-3 years experience underwriting for a UK lender
• Motor finance experience preferred
• Analytical mindset to identify issues and improvements
• Organised and able to process multiple applications per hour
