Description

As a Customer Advocate, you'll deliver vehicles to customers' doors using custom car haulers, load and unload vehicles, and complete customer paperwork. You'll be the face of Carvana, bringing happiness to the car-buying process and growing your career in a fast-paced environment.

Requirements

• At least 2 years customer-facing experience
• Ability to perform physically demanding tasks
• Obtain Notary within 90 days
• Valid driver's license with clean driving record
• Flexible to work 7 days a week, rotating shifts

Responsibilities

• Deliver vehicles to customers using custom car haulers
• Load and unload vehicles onto the hauler
• Inspect car-hauler for safety
• Complete customer paperwork and update tracking system
• Maintain clean driving record
