You'll join Delinea's Global Technical Support team providing post-sale support for identity security solutions. You'll troubleshoot complex IT and networking issues while maintaining high customer satisfaction across international clients.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Provide post-sale technical support to customers and partners
• Assess, document, and resolve reported customer issues
• Investigate and reproduce case scenarios
• Communicate resolution plans and corrective actions

📋 Requirements

• 1-2 years of relevant professional experience as technical support
• In-depth knowledge of IT and system administration
• Understanding of networking, data transport, and encryption
• Familiarity with cloud infrastructure and virtualization

• Relational databases and SQL proficiency
• Experience with .NET applications
• Multilingual communication skills
