💼 About This Role

You'll provide therapeutic support to students with Emotional Disturbance or Other Health Impairments in a public charter school network. You'll deliver individual and group counseling, and collaborate with educators to implement behavioral support strategies.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Provide individual counseling based on IEPs
• Plan and facilitate social-emotional skill development classes
• Lead small therapeutic groups for emotional and behavioral needs
• Develop and monitor social, emotional, and behavioral IEP goals

📋 Requirements

• Master's degree in Social Work, Counseling, or related field
• Minimum of 3 years experience providing individual and group therapy
• Knowledge of behavioral intervention strategies and positive behavioral supports
• Experience with trauma-informed care and crisis intervention

✨ Nice to Have

• Licensure (LSW, LCSW, LPC in PA; LSW or LCSW in NJ)
• 2+ years working with students with Emotional Support needs
• Experience leading a class and implementing classroom management
