You'll manage end-to-end NGS service projects from customer intake to delivery, coordinating across lab operations, bioinformatics, and sales teams. You'll own project scoping, workflow design, and timeline tracking to ensure client satisfaction and operational efficiency. This role offers direct impact on next-generation sequencing service delivery at a leading synthetic biology company.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Translate customer goals into scoped NGS service programs
• Coordinate project intake, quoting, and workflow feasibility
• Serve as central hub for cross-functional project updates
• Manage customer expectations on TAT, data quality, and scope

📋 Requirements

• 3-4 years of NGS research experience
• 1-2 years in a customer-facing role
• Bachelor's degree in Biology, Chemistry, or related Life Science
• Expert understanding of NGS workflows
