Requirements

  • 5+ years recent management experience leading hunters
  • Proven track record delivering above-target revenue
  • Experience in life sciences, risk-based entities, payers, intermediaries, consulting
  • Experience managing 5+ direct reports and people managers
  • Hands-on experience with sales, marketing, and patient-level data

Responsibilities

  • Define AVP-level account assignments and quotas
  • Define short and long-term strategy for quota attainment and multi-year deals
  • Play closer role to close stalled opportunities
  • Coach and mentor AVPs
  • Ensure AVP commitments are completed
