Requirements
- 5+ years recent management experience leading hunters
- Proven track record delivering above-target revenue
- Experience in life sciences, risk-based entities, payers, intermediaries, consulting
- Experience managing 5+ direct reports and people managers
- Hands-on experience with sales, marketing, and patient-level data
Responsibilities
- Define AVP-level account assignments and quotas
- Define short and long-term strategy for quota attainment and multi-year deals
- Play closer role to close stalled opportunities
- Coach and mentor AVPs
- Ensure AVP commitments are completed
