💼 About This Role

You'll join a world-class Accounting team at a fast-growing fintech, ensuring GAAP compliance and supporting automation initiatives. You'll play a key role in scaling financial operations and building scalable processes for a company backed by Walmart and Ribbit Capital.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Prepare and review GAAP-compliant financial statements and management reports.
• Lead monthly, quarterly, and annual close processes including reconciliations and journal entries.
• Partner with Finance Systems to streamline processes and implement automation solutions.
• Serve as key point of contact for external auditors.

📋 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
• 6+ years of relevant experience.
• Strong understanding of US GAAP and SOX compliance.
• Proven experience with ERP software (e.g., NetSuite) and automation tools.

✨ Nice to Have

• CPA preferred.
• Combination of public accounting and fintech/tech experience.
• Experience with AI tools for accounting automation.
