🎯 What You'll Do

• Oversee design, development, and delivery of software solutions
• Manage and lead software engineering teams
• Collaborate with Product Managers on product vision
• Drive efficient processes and engineering standards

📋 Requirements

• 7+ years of experience in software development
• 3+ years in a managerial or leadership role
• Proficiency in Python, Go, or Databricks
• Experience with Agile methodologies
