You'll handle difficult technical issues in modern cloud environments for a global AI cloud platform. You'll debug Linux and Kubernetes issues, support customers running AI workloads, and act as an escalation point. This role includes weekend rotation and incident response.

๐ŸŽฏ What You'll Do

  • Investigate and resolve complex technical issues in customer environments
  • Troubleshoot across Linux, Kubernetes, cloud infrastructure, networking, storage, and GPU workloads
  • Act as senior escalation point for production incidents
  • Build or improve internal scripts, troubleshooting tools, and operational documentation

๐Ÿ“‹ Requirements

  • 3+ years of Linux troubleshooting experience
  • Strong Kubernetes and container experience
  • Experience with cloud infrastructure in AWS, GCP, or Azure
  • Ability to write scripts in Python, Bash, or Go

โœจ Nice to Have

  • Experience with GPU-based infrastructure
  • Familiarity with AI/ML or LLM workloads
  • History of building useful internal tools
