You'll deliver advanced technical support to enterprise customers in a globally distributed engineering organization focused on WordPress ecosystems. Your core impact involves debugging complex issues, optimizing performance, and ensuring platform scalability for some of the world's largest brands.

๐ŸŽฏ What You'll Do

  • Respond to escalated tickets and customer calls for enterprise WordPress issues
  • Troubleshoot complex problems with themes, plugins, APIs, and performance bottlenecks
  • Debug using logs, code analysis, and monitoring tools to identify root causes
  • Provide technical guidance on caching, security, and scalability best practices

๐Ÿ“‹ Requirements

  • Strong hands-on experience with WordPress including hooks, filters, and WP-CLI
  • Proficiency in PHP, JavaScript, HTML, and CSS for debugging
  • Experience in customer-facing technical support or consulting roles
  • Understanding of REST APIs, HTTP, DNS, Git, and version control

โœจ Nice to Have

  • Familiarity with WooCommerce or Gutenberg
  • Experience with New Relic, Kibana, or similar monitoring tools
  • Knowledge of reverse proxies or enterprise WordPress hosting
