You'll produce precise electrical estimates for commercial, industrial, high-tech, and healthcare projects at a premier electrical contractor. Your work will directly impact project bids, utilizing tools like BlueBeam, Accubid, and LiveCount. Join a team with a strong growth mindset and room for development.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Produce precise electrical estimates for large commercial and industrial projects.
• Read and interpret electrical, architectural, and structural plans and specs.
• Develop project take-offs and equipment counts from drawings.
• Participate in estimate review meetings and support value engineering.

📋 Requirements

• 5+ years of electrical estimating experience or equivalent combination.
• Experience with Data/Video, Access Control, CCTV, AV, DAS estimating.
• Experience with Plan & Spec, Design-Assist, and Design-Build delivery models.
• Proficiency in MS Outlook, Word, Excel, BlueBeam, Accubid, and LiveCount.

✨ Nice to Have

• Bachelor's degree from a four-year college or university.
• Experience preparing and explaining complex estimates with a Chief Estimator.
• Knowledge of NEC and local codes.
