🎯 What You'll Do

• Lead market surveys and supplier landscape assessments for key commodities
• Identify, evaluate, and qualify new suppliers to meet cost, capacity, and risk objectives
• Establish supplier quality standards and monitor performance metrics
• Own purchase order strategy including lot sizing and lead-time management

📋 Requirements

• 10+ years of progressive experience in supply chain or sourcing roles
• Proven experience leading supplier strategy and performance management
• Ability to interpret engineering requirements into supplier documentation
• Background in aerospace, manufacturing, or hardware industries

• Experience scaling supply chains in high-growth or pre-IPO environments
