💼 About This Role

You'll join 360Learning as a Senior Contract Counsel, serving as a strategic legal partner to Sales and Customer Success teams for the US, Canada, and UK. You'll drive deals from initial contact to closing, protecting the company while acting as a business accelerator. This role offers the chance to shape global legal doctrine on cutting-edge issues like Privacy and the AI Act.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Lead complex, multi-year contract negotiations with minimal supervision
• Act as go-to legal partner for North American and UK Sales teams
• Optimize contract templates for US/UK markets based on field feedback
• Contribute to cross-functional projects on AI compliance and global topics

📋 Requirements

• 7+ years of experience in business law and contracting
• Deep understanding of US and UK contract law subtleties
• Bilingual (English/French) with ability to negotiate and draft in both languages
• Experience in Tech/SaaS ecosystem or international law firm
