Description

You will provide 1:1 ABA therapy to children and young adults with Autism Spectrum Disorder in home, community, and clinic settings. Work with clients to implement behavior support plans and track progress towards goals in a supportive team environment.

Requirements

• Valid RBT certification
• CPR/FA certification
• One year experience with children with developmental disabilities preferred

Responsibilities

• Implement skill acquisition and behavior reduction procedures per treatment plan
• Establish therapeutic relationships with clients and families
• Document interventions and progress accurately
• Collect behavior data and report progress to supervisors
• Provide habilitation and training to help clients acquire skills
