🎯 What You'll Do

• Coordinate day-to-day HR tasks like payroll and benefits.
• Manage end-to-end recruitment including sourcing and scheduling.
• Coordinate onboarding logistics for new hires.
• Take ownership of HR documentation and process templates.

📋 Requirements

• Minimum 2 years of experience in recruiting.
• Hands-on experience with ATS, especially Ashby.
• Proficient in LinkedIn Recruiter.
• Experience supporting HR operations like payroll and benefits.
