Description

You will oversee the end-to-end delivery strategy, execution, and organizational performance of the Commercial Compliance implementation function. You will lead a team of project managers and functional resources, own governance standards and delivery KPIs, and collaborate with Product, Engineering, Customer Success, and Sales to ensure on-time, on-budget implementations with measurable improvements in time-to-value.

Requirements

• 10+ years of experience in SaaS implementation, product delivery, or professional services leadership
• 5+ years of people leadership experience managing managers and cross-functional teams
• Proven success leading enterprise implementations in regulated industries
• Strong knowledge of life sciences commercial compliance (CMS Open Payments, EFPIA, FMV governance, HCP engagement) preferred
• Experience overseeing system integrations and data migrations in a compliance context

Responsibilities

• Own and refine the Commercial Compliance implementation methodology and governance frameworks (steering committees, RAID, milestone gating, scope controls, release readiness)
• Lead, mentor, and develop Implementation Leads, Project Managers, and functional configuration specialists; conduct workforce planning and resource allocation
• Establish and monitor delivery KPIs (on-time completion, budget adherence, time-to-go-live, resource utilization) and provide executive-level reporting
• Serve as executive escalation point for high-risk enterprise implementations and drive remediation plans
• Partner cross-functionally with Product, Engineering, Customer Success, and Sales to align implementation readiness, integration timelines, and pre-sale scoping
