💼 About This Role

You'll lead our sales strategy and drive Smart Working's growth, setting direction and building structure for a high-performing team. You'll own targets, design the operating rhythm, and coach best practices to hit ambitious revenue goals. This role offers the chance to scale a sales function internationally and make a global impact.

🎯 What You'll Do

  • Own the numbers and structure: design sales org and set team targets.
  • Lead from the front: manage the full sales team and shape deal strategy.
  • Hire, develop, and drive talent: recruit, set KPIs, and run weekly reviews.
  • Build the engine: own multi-channel approach and ensure repeatable process.

📋 Requirements

  • Head of Sales experience selling into tech companies in high-growth environment.
  • Metrics-obsessed operator with deep grasp of pipeline numbers and forecasting.
  • Track record of meeting or beating targets and improving win rates.
  • International expertise selling into US market and scaling across geographies.

✨ Nice to Have

  • Experience with MEDDPICC methodology.
  • Sales ops leadership experience.
  • Tooling and automation savvy with CRM and sequencing tools.
