💼 About This Role

You'll develop guidance and control laws for autonomous drones, working on attitude and position control and navigation in contested environments. You'll validate algorithms through simulation and flight testing, directly impacting fielded systems.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Develop, debug, and test flight controllers and guidance algorithms
• Develop and test Software-In-The-Loop and Hardware-In-The-Loop tests
• Work with flight software team to integrate GNC software
• Review test data to verify vehicle performance and debug incidents

📋 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant engineering field with focus on dynamic systems and control
• 4 years professional experience in a GNC role on airborne platforms
• Experience with Matlab and Simulink
• Experience in modeling and simulation of linear and nonlinear dynamic systems

✨ Nice to Have

• Master's or PhD in a related field
• Experience with state estimation (Kalman filtering, sensor fusion)
• Experience with C/C++ and Simulink Embedded Coder
