You'll support the Store Manager in achieving sales targets, recruiting, and developing a high-performing team at a pop culture-driven retail store. You'll bring the right balance of operations, delegation, and customer-first selling practices. 🎯 What You'll Do

• Support Store Manager in achieving sales plan and comp sales goals.
• Help recruit, develop, and retain a collaborative team.
• Create buzz and customer engagement through promotions and social media.
• Provide leadership on operational tasks like shrink, payroll, and scheduling.
• Collaborate with retail leadership and HQ on trends and feedback.

📋 Requirements

• At least 1-2 years of retail store management experience.
• Skills in communication, recruiting, operations, and team development.
• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• High school diploma or GED equivalent.
