💼 About This Role

You'll support store leadership in delivering an exceptional customer experience for music and pop culture fans at Hot Topic, using your fandom knowledge to train new recruits and drive sales. You'll also help with daily operations and meet sales targets.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Provide an amazing shopping experience to encourage customer returns.
• Cover the sales floor and provide leadership support when manager is away.
• Open and close the store as needed.
• Process sales transactions and drive add-on sales using BOPIS and curbside pickup.

📋 Requirements

• At least 1 year of retail store experience.
• High school diploma or GED equivalent.
• Ability to navigate store, merchandise product, and pack/unpack boxes up to 50 pounds.
