💼 About This Role

You'll lead the full technical delivery lifecycle of advanced contact center solutions for enterprise customers. You will design, configure, and deploy cloud-based contact center environments as a trusted advisor. This role combines deep Amazon Connect expertise with strategic consulting impact.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Lead end-to-end technical delivery from requirements to go-live
• Design and document technical architectures (TDDs) for contact center solutions
• Configure and deploy AWS services like Lambda, CloudFormation, Lex, DynamoDB
• Deliver technical training and knowledge transfer sessions to clients

📋 Requirements

• 3+ years of customer-facing technical consulting or implementation experience
• Strong hands-on experience with Amazon Connect (required)
• 3+ years designing, building, or deploying AWS-based cloud solutions
• Strong programming and scripting skills in Python and AWS Lambda
