• Lead by example to deliver exceptional customer experience
• Drive people performance through coaching and feedback
• Monitor KPIs and drive revenue on the shop floor
• Manage stock accuracy, replenishment, and compliance

📋 Requirements

• Retail management experience overseeing back-of-house operations
• Confidence analysing operational and commercial KPIs
• Excellent organisation and time-management skills
• Proven leadership coaching and developing teams
