Description

You will steer initiatives for Planet's growing Constellation Services business line in the EMEA market, managing programs valued over €100M to build, launch, and operate Pelican satellites. You'll coordinate cross-company teams, ensure mission success, and act as the primary regional bridge between EMEA market needs and Planet's global strategy.

Requirements

• 10+ years experience in space systems development, management, or operations
• Deep expertise in LEO satellite operations, satellite design, and mission success delivery
• Experience managing programs over €100M
• Strong commitment to agile principles and servant leadership
• Ability to build relationships across the company

Responsibilities

• Lead and hire core program team, driving top-level mission elements
• Coordinate with Mission Directors and peers across Space Systems, Software Engineering, and other functions to deconflict resources and balance timelines
• Develop and maintain cross-company program priorities, addressing blockers
• Hold overall program risk and balance risk across engineering, launch, and operations
• Represent program internally to senior leadership and externally to partners and customers
