💼 About This Role

You'll educate a small classroom of students in a self-contained setting, focusing on social-emotional learning and inquiry-based academics within a PBIS structure. You'll personalize learning with a team of staff and paraprofessionals to support student growth.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Teach all subjects in remote and in-person classroom settings
• Provide a differentiated learning environment
• Collaborate with staff to yield positive student results
• Maintain a classroom of about 10 students with paraprofessional support

📋 Requirements

• IL PEL with LBS1 or other teacher certification
• Willingness to obtain LBS1 if not already certified
• Ability to teach multiple grade levels as populations change
• Ability to work with youth with emotional/behavioral/academic difficulties
