You'll lead global security strategy for a leading crypto brand, building a comprehensive security system covering digital asset exchange and payment businesses. You'll ensure compliance with global regulatory frameworks while managing cyber, physical, and operational risks. This role offers the chance to shape security for a regulated fintech in Asia.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Develop long-term security strategy aligned with business goals
• Lead SOC operations and cyber incident response
• Ensure security compliance with global regulatory requirements
• Build and manage security team with OKR system

📋 Requirements

• 10+ years experience in information security
• 5+ years as CSO or equivalent in crypto/fintech
• Expertise in blockchain security and digital asset management
• Strong knowledge of global crypto regulatory frameworks (FATF, MiCA)

✨ Nice to Have

• Experience with license applications in Hong Kong, US, or EU
• On-chain security analysis and DeFi risk control
• CISSP, CISM, CISA, CRISC, or ACAMS certification
