You'll provide CS operations support for a hospitality SaaS company, managing disputes between sellers and buyers. You'll resolve conflicts and improve processes to ensure the best experience for all users. This role offers exposure to the full spectrum of customer support in the hospitality industry.

- Manage and resolve disputes between sellers and customers
- Handle CS phone and online inquiries for pension products
- Manage reservations and product information across channels
- Improve processes and resolve seller/buyer issues
๐ Requirements
- 5+ years of customer service experience
- Customer-centric mindset with excellent communication
- Problem-solving skills and self-direction
- Experience with VOC analysis and metric management
โจ Nice to Have
- Experience in process planning for customer service
- Background in hospitality, travel, or e-commerce
- Prior call center experience
