You'll own a mid-market territory driving growth of Sword Health's AI Care platform across state, local, and education public sector organizations. Your core impact is leading multi-stakeholder sales cycles and navigating complex procurement to deliver significant cost savings and measurable clinical outcomes. This individual-contributor role offers the chance to shape Sword's public sector expansion.
π― What You'll Do
- Build and execute a comprehensive territory plan for 5K-10K employee public sector organizations
- Develop pipeline through outbound prospecting, partnerships, and industry events
- Lead discovery, value articulation, and ROI-focused selling with multi-stakeholder groups
- Navigate RFP processes, contracting mechanisms, and legal negotiations
π Requirements
- 5+ years of direct public sector sales experience
- Proven track record selling to mid-market public sector organizations
- Expertise in healthcare benefits, self-insured employers, or digital health
- Understanding of public sector procurement cycles and contracting vehicles
