🎯 What You'll Do

  • Build and execute a comprehensive territory plan for 5K-10K employee public sector organizations
  • Develop pipeline through outbound prospecting, partnerships, and industry events
  • Lead discovery, value articulation, and ROI-focused selling with multi-stakeholder groups
  • Navigate RFP processes, contracting mechanisms, and legal negotiations

  • 5+ years of direct public sector sales experience
  • Proven track record selling to mid-market public sector organizations
  • Expertise in healthcare benefits, self-insured employers, or digital health
  • Understanding of public sector procurement cycles and contracting vehicles
