💼 About This Role

You'll build user-facing features across web and mobile using Flutter and React/Next.js for a fintech startup that helps homeowners save money. You'll collaborate closely with product and design to deliver clean, performant experiences. This is a rare opportunity to shape products from the ground up as one of the early frontend engineers building the Made platform.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Build and ship user-facing features across mobile (Flutter) and web (React/Next.js).
• Partner with product and design to translate requirements into intuitive experiences.
• Write clean, maintainable, testable code and participate in code reviews.
• Debug, troubleshoot, and optimize applications across platforms.

📋 Requirements

• 3–5+ years of frontend engineering experience.
• Proficiency with Flutter (Dart) for mobile and React/Next.js for web.
• Track record of shipping high-quality features in consumer-facing products.
• Strong understanding of modern JavaScript/TypeScript and component-based architecture.

✨ Nice to Have

• Experience in fintech or regulated consumer products.
• Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and automated testing frameworks.
• Knowledge of accessibility standards and performance optimization.
