💼 About This Role

You'll lead portfolio credit reviews and active risk management for Flexport Capital, a fintech unit within a global logistics leader. You'll combine hands-on credit stewardship with data-driven analytics to scale asset-based lending while keeping losses under 1.5%. This role offers direct impact on deal structuring and operational compliance.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Lead monthly financial review process for entire customer base
• Identify deteriorating credits and trigger deeper reviews
• Prepare credit modification memos for line increases or adjustments
• Own KYB/KYC compliance, UCC lien filing, and lien management

📋 Requirements

• 3-7 years of experience in commercial lending or credit risk
• Hands-on credit experience reviewing financial statements and writing credit memos
• Operational knowledge of KYB/KYC regulations and UCC lien perfection
• Technical proficiency with SQL, Power BI, Tableau, or Looker

✨ Nice to Have

• Asset-Based Lending or Working Capital experience
• Low-code/automation skills with Power Automate, Airtable, or Zapier
• MBA or CFA
