💼 About This Role

You'll coordinate and execute all production aspects for Monster Jam events, including lighting, audio, and video playback. You'll lead venue staff and operate video switcher and audio mixer during live shows. This traveling role offers hands-on experience in a high-energy live event environment.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Advance coordination of all audio and video needs
• Load in and set up front of house equipment weekly
• Operate video switcher during live events
• Lead venue staff including camera operators and engineers

📋 Requirements

• High school diploma required
• 2 years experience in a live production environment preferred
• Knowledge of control room environment including broadcast cameras and switchers
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and travel extensively

✨ Nice to Have

• College degree in communications or related field
• Experience with Playback Pro, Photoshop, Audition, Premier Pro
