🎯 What You'll Do

• Define and lead people analytics strategy aligned with HR and business priorities.
• Design and deploy AI-powered tools and analytics applications using Python and SQL.
• Build predictive models for workforce planning, retention, and engagement.
• Create executive-level dashboards and data visualizations for senior leadership.

📋 Requirements

• 8+ years in people analytics, workforce analytics, or HR data science.
• 3+ years leading or managing analytics teams.
• Hands-on expertise in Python and SQL for statistical modeling.
• Experience building AI/ML solutions or data products end-to-end.

✨ Nice to Have

• Experience with LLMs, GenAI APIs, or agent-based architectures.
• Experience with HRIS platforms like Workday and BI tools like Tableau.
• Advanced degree in a quantitative field.
