💼 About This Role

You'll collaborate with Product & Design to build and ship features on our platform that connects service professionals with businesses. Your core impact will be delivering tested, maintainable code while growing into a technical leader. You'll use AI coding agents effectively under a "human-in-the-loop" model to move faster while staying responsible.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Collaborate with Product & Design to translate user needs into technical requirements
• Develop, test, and deliver features with guidance from senior teammates
• Use AI coding agents daily, writing prompts and reviewing generated code
• Participate in design reviews and contribute to technical discussions

📋 Requirements

• 1–3 years professional software development experience or equivalent
• Comfortable with data structures, algorithms, Git, testing, and debugging
• Working knowledge of at least one of: PHP, Python, Go, Node.js, React
• Some exposure to cloud platforms (AWS preferred) or desire to learn

• Curiosity about and willingness to use AI coding agents
• Clear communication skills in commits, PRs, and design notes
