Description

In this role, you will configure Workfront to align with clients' operational goals, master the toolset for deep-tier settings and templates, contribute to solution design with the Lead Architect, integrate platforms for meaningful reporting, troubleshoot complex issues, and develop toward an Architect career path. You'll build scalable configurations, create strategic documentation, maintain technical standards, and support discovery to drive long-term client success.

Requirements

• 5+ years Martech or Marketing Operations experience
• 3+ years hands-on Workfront configuration
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
• Deep knowledge of Workfront objects and logic
• Experience with integration platforms (Workfront Fusion, Workato)

Responsibilities

• Configure Workfront with strategy to align with client goals
• Serve as primary technical specialist for Workfront configurations
• Contribute to technical solution design and viability
• Support integrations and design cross-functional workflows
• Lead technical problem-solving and identify quick wins
