Requirements

• Solid technical background to understand team challenges
• Experience managing engineers with On-Premise Linux, Containers, Ansible, Kafka/RabbitMQ, MySQL/Postgres, Juniper networking, GCP/AWS, CI/CD
• Ability to shift focus multiple times a day in a dynamic environment
• Comfortable with context switching and wearing many hats
• Experience creating professional development plans for direct reports

Responsibilities

• Lead, mentor, and motivate a team of infrastructure engineers
• Conduct weekly 1-2-1s, manage performance reviews, and handle people management
• Schedule and lead formal training sessions on operational improvements
• Own hiring process for the team, attracting top talent and fostering inclusive culture
• Foster a 'Self-Learner' mindset and treat failures as learning opportunities
