🎯 What You'll Do

• Prepare and review financial statements for multiple properties
• Manage month-end and year-end closing functions
• Prepare budgets, forecasts, and variance analysis
• Interface with tenants to address collections and billing issues

📋 Requirements

• Minimum 7 years experience in accounting or finance
• Proficiency in accounting software and financial management systems
• Advanced knowledge of MS Excel
• Familiarity with CAM reconciliation processes
