You will drive sales and build relationships with German federal and state-level public sector institutions, positioning Celonis as a strategic transformation partner. This is a key role in a newly established team, focusing on complex, long sales cycles and high-impact engagements.

Requirements

  • Deep understanding of German public sector at federal/state level
  • Strong background in sales and/or management consulting
  • Track record of exceeding revenue targets
  • Experience managing complex, long sales cycles
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills in German and English

Responsibilities

  • Communicate Celonis public sector value proposition
  • Own annual sales targets within assigned segment
  • Build and maintain trusted customer relationships
  • Engage with partners (consulting firms, technology vendors)
  • Drive complex sales cycles by orchestrating virtual teams
