You'll build instructional capacity in humanities across 3-5 Tennessee schools, coaching leaders and ensuring strong implementation of Rocketship's literacy curriculum. Drive student achievement through data-informed coaching and professional development, partnering with regional leadership to refine instructional vision and goals.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Coach school leaders on **humanities** instruction and teacher development
• Ensure fidelity to **Rocketship's Humanities** curriculum and pacing
• Analyze student data to identify trends and inform **instructional decisions**
• Design and facilitate professional development for **literacy and humanities**

📋 Requirements

• 3-5 years of instructional leadership experience
• 3+ years K-5 lead teaching in Humanities/ELA with strong outcomes
• 1+ year of coaching or leading adults
• Bachelor's degree required
