You will lead and coordinate risk management, patient safety, and regulatory compliance activities. This includes investigating incidents, supporting claims management, overseeing safety initiatives, and partnering with clinical and operational leaders to reduce organizational risk and enhance quality of care.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in nursing, risk management, or related field
• Experience in healthcare risk management, patient safety, or quality improvement
• Strong knowledge of regulatory requirements and incident investigation methodologies
• Excellent communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills
• Ability to manage sensitive information with discretion

Responsibilities

• Review and process medical record requests for accuracy and compliance
• Coordinate investigations of adverse events, near misses, and critical incidents
• Facilitate root cause analyses (RCA) and structured review processes
• Lead recurring risk management meetings and communicate findings to leadership
• Assist with claims oversight and coordination with insurers and attorneys
