Description

You will manage day-to-day facilities operations for Reformation's global retail fleet, coordinating maintenance and vendors to ensure stores are safe, functional, and on-brand. Acting as the primary point of contact for store teams, you'll balance urgency with prioritization and use data to reduce repeat issues.

• Deep experience in managing retail facilities at scale
• Detail-oriented and systems-driven
• Calm under pressure
• Power user of Service Channel or similar platform

Responsibilities

• Own day-to-day facilities operations across global retail fleet
• Coordinate reactive and preventive maintenance via Service Channel
• Act as strategic partner to Store Leaders and Retail Operations
• Monitor operational trends to reduce repeat repairs
• Provide support for Corporate Facilities operations as needed
