You'll own and scale internal IT systems for a high-performance autonomy team, ensuring fast, reliable, and secure operations across San Diego and Palo Alto offices. This hybrid role combines IT administration with operations support in a fast-moving startup environment.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Deploy and manage laptops, desktops, and servers
• Administer identity, access, and permissions across all systems
• Triage and resolve IT issues quickly to minimize downtime
• Support office operations and facilities across two locations

📋 Requirements

• 2+ years in IT support or systems administration
• Experience across macOS, Linux, and Windows environments
• Hands-on experience with Microsoft 365 and modern IT tooling
• Familiarity with ticketing systems like Jira Service Management

✨ Nice to Have

• Experience with MDM solutions
• Knowledge of Meraki networking
• Familiarity with Slack, Zoom, and Jira
