• Lead estimating proposals from scope to submission
• Review plans, drawings, and specifications for costs

📋 Requirements

• Degree in Quantity Surveying or related field
• Extensive experience in construction estimating
• Knowledge of local market and subcontractors
• Proficient in Microsoft Project and Vista
