💼 About This Role

You'll join a team dedicated to delivering exceptional experiences for residents by resolving maintenance issues in HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and appliance repair. Your work will preserve the beauty and safety of the community. After one year, you'll earn your EPA 608 Universal Refrigerant Certification, fully paid by Bozzuto.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Resolve maintenance issues in HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and appliance repair
• Prepare vacant apartments for move-in through turn-over repairs
• Perform general upkeep, snow removal, and grounds maintenance
• Provide outstanding customer service to residents
• Work weekends, evenings, and be on call for emergencies

📋 Requirements

• Experience in building maintenance or an education in the trades
• Beginner to intermediate proficiency in HVAC, plumbing, electrical and appliance repair
• Availability for emergency situations including an on-call rotation
• Ability to exert 25 to 50 pounds of force frequently
• Personal, reliable transportation for work and on-call emergencies
