💼 About This Role

You'll lead the creation of transformational learning experiences for revenue enablement, managing the full project lifecycle from client engagement to delivery. Your work will directly impact customer adoption and engagement with the Mindtickle platform. This role combines instructional design with strategic client management in a hybrid Pune environment.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Lead instructional design projects from analysis to deployment for client solutions.
• Develop learning assets using PowerPoint, Articulate Rise, and authoring tools.
• Conduct quality reviews and refine content based on stakeholder feedback.
• Collaborate with SMEs and internal teams to design reusable, scalable solutions.

📋 Requirements

• 5+ years as an Instructional Designer or Content Developer.
• Advanced skills in needs analysis, storyboarding, and module production.
• Experience with authoring tools like Articulate, Captivate, or Rise.
• Proven ability to manage end-to-end project lifecycle with SMEs.
